About

A group of friends that decided to contribute to the community by starting to organize events where we could gather everyone interested in all the topics regarding testing.

At each event we start with one or two presentations and then discuss these and other themes along with a coffee break provided by the host company.

If you just want to share any idea, just talk to anyone in the organization on Slack (you can join by talking with one of the staff members) or in our Facebook group.

Working as Mobile Test Automation Engineer, always looking forward to improve myself and learn new stuff. I believe automation is a must nowadays and I really enjoy developing tests for Android using Espresso, UI Automator and other tools that facilitate the development cycle and guarantee the quality of what we are delivering.
After finishing this Master's degree at FEUP, started his career as a developer. Some time later, decided to pursue and explore the areas of Mobile Test and Delivery Automation, naturally evolving to Test Lead during his path. Continues very interested in learning, being present regularly in events of the area, mainly in the ones related to Testing, Delivery or Infrastructure Automation. Currently he is a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Talkdesk.
Academically he has a degree in Computer Management and 19 years of professional experience in IT where in 2008 he started into Testing area and his career progressed naturally from junior to QA Team Lead followed by Test Manager. At the moment he’s challenged to implement test strategy, processes and procedures in web products delivery at Byside with high quality standards.
